Ya wanna know what's romantic? I'll tell you what's romantic! The couple below, the fabulous Victoria and Michael, have been in love since the 6th grade!! Technically they haven't been "together" that entire time. But Michael claims he always knew she was the one. Aww. Que Romantico! They truly are the bestest of friends, which I just love.
Anyhoo!! It was probably the most perfect and beautiful early October day EVER. The sun was shining. It was a perfect 75 degrees out. It was awesome. After the ceremony at Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, we headed over to the Helen Morgan School for pictures. Yes folks this was the elementary school that Victoria and Michael attended together. Take notice below of the congratulatory sign the school put up for them. Too cute!! Victoria and Michael really wanted to showcase their history, and their fun loving personalities at the same time. So we took advantage of the school's play ground when it came time to take the wedding party pictures.
After that we wrapped things up and headed to the Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ. The ballroom for the reception had a classic elegance that really suited the couple. And the JK band totally KILLED it!! If you are getting married in the NYC/NJ area, you need to book these guys. I think every single guest was up on the dance floor. Michael's dad in particular was tearing it up.
This couple was truly adored by everyone there, myself included. Congratulations to Victoria and Michael!!!
P.S. LOVED the collar on Victoria's dress, and her sparkly gold shoes. Fab!
